Board meetings now recorded, available to view

Recorded meetings of Laketown Township Board of Trustees are now available on YouTube through a link on the township’s website.

Staff members started recording board meetings on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, after investigating technology and retention regulations for the recordings as directed by the board.

The recordings of regular and workshop meetings will be kept on YouTube for 6 months then deleted, per the board’s unanimous decision on April 9.

To link to the recordings:

• Go to laketowntwp.org
• Click on “Boards & Commissions”
• Scroll down the page. Under the heading of “Recordings of Meetings,” click on the meeting you want to watch.

The recordings are not the official record of township action. The minutes are the official record.
