Supervisor available at town hall for questions

Laketown Township Supervisor Steven Ringelberg, who is also interim manager, is available at the township hall, 4338 Beeline Road, for questions during the afternoons Monday through Friday.

The twice-monthly “Meet the Supervisor” times that have been posted since December are no longer in effect.

“I think it is important that elected officials are available to the public to listen to their questions, comments, and concerns,” said Ringelberg. “Since I am in the Laketown office every day there is no reason to limit the open office hours.  What I have found is that most of the calls and visits have been in the afternoon, and no one has ever come to see me or call me during the Thursday morning and evening open office hours I have been holding since December.”

The office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
