Wolters Woods Park, 6281 147th Ave.: A playground, pavilion and nature trails are part of this about 37-acre park on the fast-growing northside of Laketown Township. A creek runs through forested hills.
Amenities: Paved parking, pit toilet. Picnic pavilion available on first-come, first-serve basis.
Hours: Dawn to dusk.
Dogs: Allowed on leash which is not longer than 6 feet but not allowed in playground area.
