Township selling items including utility vehicle

Laketown Township is accepting sealed bids on several large items including a Polaris Ranger, attachments and trailer.

Bids will be taken until 2 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026. Bids will be opened at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 30, at the township hall, 4338 Beeline Road.

Send sealed bids to Laketown Township, 4338 Beeline Road, Holland, MI 49423. Please write “Sealed Bid” on the envelope. Include the item name, your name, phone number and amount being offered for each item.

Here is the inventory of the township assets being sold:

  1. 2009 Polaris Ranger Crew 700 (Model Number R09WH68AR) with GCL doors and rear window including zippered side & rear windows. High pressure water pump unit included.
  2. Bercomac 72” gas powered snowblower with 35 hp engine, electric angle control. New, never used.
  3. Bercomac 66” gas powered rotary broom with 14 hp engine, electric angle control, 24” bristles, dust protector cover. Used.
  4. 2023 Cargo Express XL Series 8 ½ x 24 Enclosed Trailer. Excellent condition.
