Township welcomes new building inspector
Ryan Capson is available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays.
Laketown Township’s new building inspector has 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is a licensed builder.
Ryan Capson started earlier this month as township building inspector, replacing Chad Warden.
Capson will be available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from about 2-5 p.m.

The building inspector reviews construction plans and inspects new construction of all kinds, including new homes, additions, and outbuildings, for safety and code compliance.
Capson is also the building inspector and zoning administrator in Port Sheldon Township. He has his own construction company and lives in the Hamilton area.
