The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is seeking volunteers to pull invasive plants and survey the beach at Saugatuck Dunes State Park, 6575 138th Ave., from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025.

Meet at the small parking area adjacent to the Felt Mansion. Parks staff will drive on an access road to get to the worksite.

Volunteers will be taking a hike to the beach and will be working in direct sun, so be sure to dress appropriately and bring water.
